When I began The Executive Edge Program 

I was looking to grow as a leader.

Working with Melissa through the program has allowed me the space to pause & reflect on what I really think about what being a Leader means… increasing my self-awareness of my own emotions as well as those around me.

I’ve had a lot of realizations in self-reflection about my responses/reactions in past situations and how emotions played a key role.

Being a true emotionally intelligent leader requires me to practice emotional intelligence on an ongoing basis - there’s always work I can do! It's been awesome. Thank you SO much!
